Continental United States (48 states)

Some remote areas may require additional shipping time or fees.

P.O. Box delivery is not currently supported.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.

During holidays or peak promotional periods, processing time may extend to 3–5 business days.

Once the order is processed, it will automatically enter the warehouse packing and shipping process.

The optimal logistics solution is automatically matched based on order weight, address, and warehouse location.

Expedited Delivery: 2–3 business days (available in some areas)
Remote areas may take 7–10 business days

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on order weight and delivery address.
Free shipping may be offered during some promotional periods.
The final shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page; there are no hidden charges.

A tracking number will be sent via email after shipment.
Customers can check the package’s status in real time.
If there are no updates for an extended period, please contact customer service for assistance.

VII. Packaging and Safety
All robotic vacuum cleaners are packaged with reinforced shockproof packaging.
This ensures the equipment arrives safely and undamaged during transport.
All items undergo quality inspection and functional testing before shipment.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery failure.
Delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.
