II. Return Policy for Opened Products (Important Note)
We understand that robotic vacuum cleaners need to be tested after purchase; therefore:
Opened and used robotic vacuum cleaners are still eligible for return.
Even if the product has been opened or used briefly, it can still be returned as long as it meets the return period requirements.
Returned products should be kept as basically intact as possible (all accessories are preferred).
III. Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number and reason for return.
After customer service approves the return, they will provide a return address and instructions.
Send the product back according to the instructions.
The warehouse will process the refund after confirming receipt.
